I am a qualified teacher and experienced leader with a background spanning education leadership, adventure and outdoor programme development, curriculum and qualifications delivery and organisational improvement.

Over the past twenty years, I have worked within complex and highly regulated environments, leading projects and supporting teams through periods of change, growth and development.

Alongside this experience, I hold PRINCE2 Practitioner project management certification, bringing a structured and organised approach to project delivery while remaining adaptable to the realities of people, partnerships and place.

At the heart of my work is a belief that successful projects are built on strong relationships, clear communication and trust. Whether supporting programme delivery, developing partnerships, improving systems or coaching individuals and teams, my focus is always on practical solutions and sustainable outcomes that work in the real world.
